To visually reflect the album's vintage dreampop and shoegaze sound, I created a hybrid, soft-grunge look that evokes late 90s and early 2000s aesthetics.
A special request from the musician was to incorporate a photo taken by their mother. After we agreed that the sunset highway scene in the photo captured the mood of the music enough, I edited it into a pattern and used it across the entire backside of the cover.
